Abstract The World Wide Web is a major source of information, covering many aspects of our everyday life. Nowadays, people use services, not only as passive users, but they are also able to interact with current web services and to construct and share web content, participating in social networking actively. Therefore, it's extremely important for all people to be able to construct web content and interact with it, so as everyone, including people with disabilities, can have equal access and opportunities in an information society. This feature is a fundamental principle of the birth of the World Wide Web. From the very beginning of Internet creation, content accessibility is achieved by compliance with technical guidelines about software development, which are now adopted in many countries. Although, despite thw ide adoption of the guidelines, latest studies show that most websites remain inaccessible. Additionally, authoring tools and constructive web services take into account only ablebodied users and do not guide them to accessible content creation. At the same time, as long as the future of the web prescribes more and more active participation of all people, lack of accessible services for web content construction obstructs access for people with disabilities and elderly people to new services offered. In this context, this work aims to offer web services for accesible content construction, which can be utilized by all users, including people with disabilities. Utilizing and extending WebHarmonia, an accesible content design platform, accessible online services are constructed, that: - Guide to accessible content construction, without any prior technical expertise in web development. - Can be utilized by people with disabilities, in order to build accesible content - Utilizing the collaborative structure of the World Wide Web, offers collaborative content creation by ablebodied users and people with disabilities.
