Abstract The ΛCDM is currently the model that best describes the behavior of our universe. It gives great predictions concerning cosmic phenomena to an unimaginable accuracy. ΛCDM originate from Einstein’s theory of General Relativity. On the road to a ”Theory of Everything” we know that General Relativity (the theory of the big and fast bodies) does not come together with the Standard Model (the theory of the small particles). Another issue is that General Relativity does not explain why gravity is so much weaker than the other forces constitute the Standard Model. Dvali, Gabadace and Porrati suggested an alternative theory of gravity that explain this phenomenon by considering extra dimension where gravity is leaking while Standard Model particles are constrained in lower dimension. We examine first order perturbation and the gravity generated by pointlike masses in the ΛDGP model and connect our results with data come from experiment.
