Abstract	This essay intents to examine the bioethical issues that emerge during the long period of human's life which called “Third Age”. First, we study the most common health conditions which gradually impinge on the elderly's life and related to our bioethical concerns. Such an example is the case of Alzheimer's disease. The next section mainly includes the old age's study in the light of the interpretation of kantian duties and the proper adjustment in the specific conceptual context of this particular age. In the bioethical issue's part of the essay, it is made an effort to expand over some topics of great ethical importance. a) The issue of Personal Autonomy. This chapter focus on the concepts of the person, the personality and the full moral standing. b) The main focus of the Advance Care Planning chapter is the establishment of the specific conditions that make morally and legally valid the living wills. c) The chapter Elderly's Care Issues focus on some of the biggest questions that emerge during the long-term care period of the older people's life. Specific concern is given on the topics of: the provided information, the consent or the refusal of the provided medical treatment, the issues of privacy or confidentiality and the problem of physical restrictions during the long-term care. d) Finally, the essay touches the moral issues that emerge during the last period of terminal diseases, when the most proper treatment provided is the palliative care. Accordingly, the essay examines the moral conditions under which should apply the restrictions of the medical support (withholding, withdrawing) during the end-of-life process.
