Abstract In this work the development of a new techology of construction of stable amperometric biosensors is presented. The combined use of a novel electrode type that of porous carbon and stabilize enzymes with the polyelectrolyte diethylaminoethyl-dextran results in a simple and reproducible methodology of construction of stable bisensors. Glycose, lactic acid and phosphate bisensors were constructed and were used for the analysis of food, beverages and serum samples.
