Abstract

In this study the clinicoepidemiological features, epidemiology, diagnosis and conservative and surgical treatment of 155 cases of Crohn's disease, are deseribed. Patients were followed - up for at least 10 years period. It is concluded that Crohn's disease in Greece has some differences in the clinical picture, as well as in some epidemiological features, in comparison with Crohn's disease in other industrialized countries.
