Abstract The rapid development of medical science and biomedicine has achieved significant progress in the field of prenatal care. Nowadays, future parents have the chance to know in detail the endometrial condition of the carried fetus. The result of these achievements is the fact that many illnesses can be diagnosed during the early stages of the gestation. The goal of this present post-graduate project is to present these achievements, to study the parents’ attitudes towards prenatal care, parents who are inhabitants of developing Asia and Europe. Additional goal of this project is to examine the ethical dilemmas that arise via the use of prenatal diagnosis, evaluating them through some thoughts and ethical concerns.
