Abstract The present study examines the impact of this positive behavior program on enhancing children's behavior, improving their interpersonal relationships, regulating their emotions, and shaping the role of educators in the classroom. The sample consists of 40 children aged 2.5 to 3.5 years, divided into a control group (9 boys and 11 girls) and an experimental group (8 boys and 12 girls). Both groups belong to the middle socioeconomic class and attend a private kindergarten. The intervention focuses on three values: safety, cooperation, and respect for others. Activities include the use of materials and exercises that reinforce these values, accompanied by corresponding rewards. Results indicate a positive trend in improving the behavior and skills of the participating children. The program appears to have a positive impact on children's relationships, promoting mutual assistance, cooperation, and constructive communication. Furthermore, it seems to assist children in regulating their emotions and facilitates the role of educators in the classroom.
