Abstract	Ιn this doctoral dissertation is descriped the methodology for the synthesis of a series of catechelamines analogys and the ekucidation of their invitro activity in Dopaminergic and α-Adremergic agento. The thesis is presented in two parts. The first includes thw sythetic and biological activity studies of β -Aleoxy substituted Aryl-ethylamine analogs. The second part includes studies on Octahydrobenzo (f) -and- (g) quinoline analogs. The results of the invitro biological studies of these compounds are discussed in the basis of the relationship between their structural features and their activity profile at the Dopaminergic and α Adrenergic receptors.
