Abstract	The economic crisis had a huge impact in economic and social life of Greece. The instabilities on production structure and the macroeconomic imbalances creating various economic and social phenomena. The rise of unemployment has adverse impact on labour market structure. The Greek labour market need to reform as a result of the structural unemployment, concertation of supply in specific factors and skills mismatches. The National Institute of Labour and Human Resources actualize the Diagnosis Mechanism of Labour Market Needs in order that policymakers may use it to develop effective policies. In this thesis, I shall investigate the main characteristics and the priorities of Greek labour market during the crisis.
