Abstract	Corporate Social Responsibility can make a profit for business that targets Sustainable Development. Environmental conscientiousness and fair employment are two of the key pillars of CSR, which are embedded in many of the 17 UN Sustainable Development Goals. Often the capacity of construction companies with regard to CSR is questioned by the type of this industry. However, the CSR reports of the three largest companies in the industry contradict this claim. With regard to Human Resources in the construction industry, it is important to create a healthy, safe and balanced work environment with continuous training on the tools and methods of new technologies. Equally important is the management of the environment in the CSR context of a construction company since its objectives include reducing environmental footprint and carbon dioxide emissions.
