Abstract In the field of Human-Computer Interaction, there exists the research area of automatically generating graphical interfaces for sets of provided services. One sub-problem in this area is that of deciding which visualisation approach would generally be better for a given collection of services. Another sub-problem is the algorithmic problem of actually constructing interfaces on a computer machine,at run-time, in a manner which, while is indeed automated, still adheres to the principles that have been decided from the first sub-problem. There are two main approaches which are usually used for the problem of algorithmic solutions for the automatic generation of graphical interfaces for services. The microscopic approach deals mainly with the issue of how do individual, basic constructs and concepts of a service can best be interfaced for presentation and interaction purposes to a user. The macroscopic approach, on the other hand, deals with the issue of how do complete sets of services or parts of a service are interfaced as a single conceptual entity, with internal interconnections and workings. There is no clear view on the issue of which would be the best visualisation options, and even not whether this "best option" is something constant. It seems imperative that a technical solution is developed which will be able to deal with the issue of an unknown and perhaps changing "best option". Most implemented interfaces, customisable interfaces and automatically generated graphical interfaces rely on a selected set of hard-coded and pre-selected graphical interface options. Automatically generated interfaces are either not customisable, or offer a limited range of customisation, from a pre-selected set of graphic interface primitives. In this work a fully flexible and customisable graphical interface generation system design solution is presented. It offers extreme parametrisation and customisation capabilities. The microscopic and macroscopic views of the problem of automatic graphic interface generation are both analysed and developed into robust architectural designs. In advance, this work attempts to join them into a solution which can work universally. As a result, we see that since the problem is dealt with in a completely generic and algorithmic way, the question of "what is the best interface for an operation" becomes simply a parameter to the general algorithmic solution of the technical implementation problem. In this sense, while there is no advancement made about which are actually the best ways to visualise various well-known among humanity operations, the technical solution proposed would suffice to implement any possible answer to this question.
