Abstract	The present work becomes effort to examine the attitude of Greek state toward the new immigratory reality. How much therefore the country was ready to accept the immigratory currents from the neighbouring countries and the countries of Eastern Europe and which legislative measures were taken for the confrontation of problems that emerged in the Greek society. The immigratory political consequently and educational policy for children of immigrants that were engraved by the each governments at years 1990-2005 they are placed under investigation and explanatory approach in this inquiring effort. We examine that is to say this questions that emerge through the conjunctive or disjunctive relation that exists between immigratory legislation and also educational legislation for the children of immigrants.
