Abstract

Education by distance constitutes a modern way of teaching, which has entered the educational procedure mainly by the prevailing of the pandemic of covid-19 and the need of avoiding the coexistence at the same place of many people, in order to restrict its contagiousness. The organization and presentation of the Educational Material (EM) has constituted a huge challenge for the teachers. They had to be educated, study the students’ needs, learn the technology, and make easily accessible the knowledge through the use of electronic means. Also, the students had to learn the technology too and to get used to a new way of teaching. Technological means lead to seem the books of classrooms. Also, the possibilities of representation and use of virtual reality make more interesting the educational procedure for students, who are familiar to technology in the modern era. Especially, in the lesson of History, it seems that the use of technology helps to the better approach of its index and to the better understanding of the historical knowledge. So, a new era of education is born. From the research of the present study has conducted that either the teachers or the students consider that the EM is sufficient and valuable, while it reserves the interest during teaching. There are problems, but in comparison with the benefits are less significant. Also, the use of the space-senstitve play about teaching history is very important, as it contributes to the transmition of the relevant knowledge with a funny and playful way.
