Abstract It is appropriate in any study that we carry out to properly link the documentation of the theory through sources, so that we are led from the most general knowledge to the more specific, always relying on evidence that may not only be written, but also perceived through objects . I tried to follow this path in the present work, which has as its theme "Occupations in the Bronze Age: A theoretical and didactic approach with the help of museum exhibits from the Archaeological Museum of Heraklion and the National Archaeological Museum". The development of the specific topic will be done through the following chapters, approaching archaeological museum exhibits, which are the only evidence that reveal to us the life of the ancient Greeks in the Bronze Age. My paper consists of the introduction, which states the research question I used to study my topic. To support this hypothesis, I conducted a study of exhibits from the Archaeological Museum of Heraklion and the National Archaeological Museum. The exhibits I have chosen highlight the important influence of copper on the development and prosperity of occupations in the Bronze Age. You will be able to understand the approach to the subject through the content of the chapters that I will present to you below. My thesis consists of three chapters with subsections. The first chapter of the work is purely theoretical and concerns the concept of the museum and the place of education in it. The museum's contribution to the cultivation of learning and understanding of the past through its exhibits is documented. In the second chapter I have developed a historical narrative, which has as its theme the occupations of the "bronze" age, having as a basis of study the exhibits of the Archaeological Museum of Heraklion and the National Archaeological Museum to document them. This story is an image of the era where the reader tries to understand and become aware of the life of the past in various areas of people's daily lives. Through the mention of life in the bronze age, the importance of professions as a part of the life of ancient people is highlighted, permeating the society and economy of that time. The third chapter of the paper deals with a proposed teaching in the Kindergarten, which is based on thematic units that will be related to the professions in the Bronze Age. The teaching is based on the interdisciplinary approach, covering all cognitive areas, according to the DEPPS for Kindergarten. At the end, I propose to evaluate the teaching in terms of the achievement of the goals, as well as an epilogue which documents the flourishing of the economy and the shape of society through the professions of that period.
